Hit% Stag For Hit% Fist?

I have a Stag Cutlery with 15/0/0/15/25. Angry fists have the same drop rate in Ultimate, so I figure a trade of one for the other is just about equal. I'd like an Angry Fist with equal or greater Hit% (so, somewhere around 25-30), legit only.
