Whcih weapon took you longest to find?

Many of us, I'm sure, search long hours for a certain rare weapon that we want. I'm interested to see, what weapon (or othe rare item) took you the longest to find?

Here are mine: (all on yellowboze)

RED SWORD-Ultimate-Caves-Melqueek-37 runs
FROZEN SHOOTER-Ultimate-Forest-Hildetorr-29 Forest of Sorrow runs
DRAGON'S CLAW-Ultimate-Forest-Sil Dragon-15 runs

It's taken me a bunch of runs to find Sange (from a Mil Lily in the caves) also, but I've never gotten my Sange yet.

It's not a weapon, but I did like 50 Addicting Food runs for a Kasami Bracer before I finally found one... If I don't do the caves again for a year, it'll be too soon.

Hmmm... Most of my rares were either piped or accidental, but a few rares come to mind:

God/Battle/Hildelt - Unknown (I think it was around 30)

Yasminkov 3000R/Gilchich - 39 Soul of Steel first room runs (My poor A button http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) and a few other quests/mines runs

Spread Needle/Merlan - Still don't have it, but I'd estimate about 8 Ruins runs, 7 Seek My Master runs, and 6 From the Depths runs.

same here... During my FoS runs, I was also desperately looking for a Luminous Field from a Hildelt... When I saw a red box, I get up and started celebrating, then began cursing uncontrollable when I discovered that it was a Photon Drop.

Holy shit Zarana! Well, the worst I have had so far is 40 runs through VH Temple fer Stag Cutlery (I know it sucks, but I leveled from 48-73, so it was helpful)

Heh, I have no luck with this game. Sure I have lots of good stuff, but I had to hunt down all of it. I don't keep track of the runs because they usually (estimate) get into the 100s. :/ I do keep track of weeks tho.

Twin Blaze took like a month or more
Lavis Cannon took a month
Syncesta took 2 months of on and off hunting
God/Technique took about a month of on and off hunting
Ano Rifle took 2 weeks
MKB took 2 days (77 Resting at the Beach runs)

Now for the lucky ones
Yasha took 2 months (which I consider lucky)
Aura Field took 4 Temples (2nd Mil)
Kasami Bracer took 1 SB
Yas 7K took 1 Yellow Seabed (I had played it before, but never to hunt a 7K)
Red Sword and Guard Wave dropped in a Lavis hunt run.

And so on and so forth. I'm very persistant and don't stop until I find what I want. The only thing is, the finding of God/Tech (which I found yesterday) marked the end of my "To Find" list.

Hmm... Well so far I haven't found the items yet but here's the record so far:

Agito 1975 (Bluefull don't ask) countless Bluefull HS runs (mostly alone) probably around 300+ runs... character corrupted ending the madness

Angel Harp (Skyly Pal Rappy) 100 Fake in Yellow runs and 3 piped Pals resulting in 14 total Pals and still no Angel Harp but still searching and restarting FiY runs

And lucky finds? My Kasami Bracer from Greennill from a run to find a NUG... still searching for it but Kasami is a nice pick-up along the way 40ish runs so far.

Nice HeyF00l, I started hunting for a Agito 1975, and piping in Fake in Yellow. It took me about 2-3 weeks, 17 pal rappies before I found it...http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif I dont play that much however.

I saw you found a Ano Rifle and a Monkey King Bar, I want to find that too, in Seabed Ult REDRIA. 2 Weeks well,I think that gives me a good feeling. This week I started, however, i did some other runs also, but im on my way with 3 seabed runs. I hope Im lucky, ill let u know.
Ano Rifle is cool to me, as it is very rare.

Chain Sawd - Vulmer(ult caves) - Skyly
God Hand (that Soul of Blacksmith quest is SOOO long!)

Ano Rifle is cool to me, as it is very rare. Yeah, it's not the strongest rifle in the game and Frozen Shooter has a much better special attack, but I use Ano Rifle because no one else does. My first MKB wasn't in Seabed (like I said), but during the Ano hunt 2 more dropped http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif. I did about 3 or 4 Seabed runs a day until finally on one run one of the two Sinows in the first room dropped it. Go me. Redria Cbedz pwnz j00 except for that wasted drop Stink Frame.

Hmmm... longest weapon to find... well, the only weapon which I got, while hunting, is my Demolition Comet... took me 4 straight hours of piping, but I gots the sucker... after two Mil Lillies too... the longest ever weapon I have found would be the Inferno Bazooka I found lastnight, didn't mean to get it, just stumbled upon it, and became dumbfounded... *gaped mouth* it may be kind of weak, but it still cool as hell to shoot it... I don't know why, maybe its the little shell that pops out...

The longest item it took me to find that I was actively hunting was the Ruby Bullet. I estimate it took approximately 150 Vol Opt ver.2 kills on IDs that could find it to get it (technically one dropped around run 125-ish, but that one was stolen - this was covered in a past topic months ago).

Technically the longest item I've been hunting for (still unsuccessfully) is the Yasminkov 9000M. I've been actively hunting it off and on since around January or February of 2003 (same time the Ruby Bullet hunt started, since they both drop from the Purplenum Mine). So it's been nearly a year. I can't even estimate how many Mine and Temple runs I've done without finding one. What really pisses me off is that I actually found one on the Dreamcast ver.2 over a year and a half ago. Damn I wish I could transfer that over. >.<

About a month or ago, I got a Yasha myself (somewhere in Skyly temple) Then before I go off to pipe for a Sange, a close friend of mine gives me a nice sange. Both of them had 0/0/0/0 so I was a bit hesitant to make a S&Y. I was hoping to pipe for a better Sange before I combine them. *corrupt*
And there goes all the dcrap down the drain.

I've killed 24 red slimes, no lavis cannon. 56 seabed runs to find an MKB. 38 FOS's to find a god battle. 67 runs through mines and I STILL haven't found a kasami bracer, and it took me about 3 runs to find a soul banish. This games randomness is sweet.
