theoretically it should.
according to other posters, it works with the classic freeloader.
taken in account that the standalone freeloader and the AR version is actually identical, chances are quite high.

It should, they're both made by Datel I believe.

It should work, I use AR to freeload. What happens is when you start it up, you can either use AR codes or Freeload, it askes you that right at the start. So just pick Freeload and it tells you to put your disc in, throw it and bang you're ready to go.

so that code and the freeload option dont work together?

Using codes with the AR automatically selects a regional boot. You only have to select the proper region when inserting your code for both to work.

Otherwise, the Freeloader option works just fine for Episode III whether you're using a Freeloader disc, or the Action Replay disc.

It works fine witht he English AR code. I loaded it up and selected Japan as the region for the game. Had no problems. The English ain't the best, but it helps. English menues are quite handy.

The code dont unlock the story in english. All it unlocks is what english sega had put in the game, and the story isnt finished >_<

Menus, card descriptions, and a few other things are translated.

ALL menus, card descriptions, and SOME Pioneer 2 NPCs...like the one that lets you edit your deck.

Just another confirmation:
It works like a charm.

Not exactly. As far as I've seen everything in-game is translated except the Intro Movie, Sil`fer's story mode cutscenes, a few of the menu options, and the NPC's on Pioneer 2. A code to switch everything to English wouldn't be as good to use. The little thank you blurb's at the end of each mission would be magically cut off half way for no reason, after certain battles ended you'd get a black screen and need to restart the game, the online tournament times would all be way off, (and not just off by hours, minutes too) and other small issues like that. I did release an add-on code for Break's cutscenes last week, and could do the rest, but I dont really want to test them. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Thought I'd clear that up. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Sappharad, I will test them (this is not a request for codes as if they are posted elsewhere I will find them.) I don't mind wrecking my save offline even as I have USB so if there's a major crash it's fixable. I won't come online with any untested codes just in case. I've a feeling if you FSOD-X on ep 3 online it will delete all your cards if you return with a restored save, and as there isn't a way to trade offline you can't keep em safe on another char. Anyway I know the logistics, and am happy to risk my offline save. If these codes are uploaded anywhere I will play the offline game and test to see if there are probs.
