http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif Plus most people are, and everyone wants to see a bit of yourself in the game http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif If they were all left-handed then that would be MAYOR coinsedince, now would it? Plus, have you seen the Twin Swords attack movement? Left sword slashes first http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

I don't think it's so much that everyone is right handed, as much as, they've all trained to use their sabers/handguns/etc with their right hands.

And also, it doesn't matter that the motion capture models were all right-handed-- motion capture information can be mirrored without much trouuble. They just didn't include support for a "Lefty!" option; they probably figured that'd be a little frivolous.

Yeah, and it doesn't even matter to me. I mean, I didn't even notice that!!

Maybe in the future, everyone is perfect?

haha, oh boy, I can already see people taking that seriously and getting ready to type "WTH, being right handed doesn't make you perfect".

But seriously, I think it boils down to it's just one of those things that doesn't really matter. If there were left handed characters, yay, if not, meeeh, no biggie.

Maybe it was so insignificant that it just went entirely un-noticed. o-O?

But a neat observation, never the less. I think the first time it's ever been brought up on the forums.

*edit*
I've been making stupid typos. o_O

Nope. I brought this up aeons ago. Y'see, most of my characters are based off of role playing characters and some of them are left handed. It would have been nice if I could actually play them with their proficient hand. If there ever is a PSO2, I'd hope ST would put that in for a little more variety.

Mario is sorta left handed...

I'm left handed.

-----------------------------------------------------

If in another PSO they have hand options they should add Ambidextrous. o_O that would be complicated!

So am I. I noticed this the first day I bought PSO back in 2001, I made one of every character to see how they looked..and whats this, ALL right handed. Made me feel inferior ;-;

Link is Ambidextrous. He only wields his sword in his left hand. This was a question in a quiz that zelda.com used to have before they totally redid the site for TWW.

And not to mention playing Zelda: OoT & MM.

Boomas, Evil Sharks and Dimenians attack both left and right handed though!! Too bad you can't play as a monster http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif Then you would have 2 types of attack: left and right handed hahaha
