Striker of chao Offline?

Is there any way to get the STRIKER OF CHAO offline without a Choa mag? My brother really wants one but I'm not online yet.

nope no way. Unless you had Towards the Future quest oiffline, but that ain't gonna happen

nope coz the only way to get chaos was to do the hallo quest which u cnt n get hack dupe which u can unless u hack

you mean wait for halloween 2004 to get the jack o lantern or if you are able to get online and able to trade with someone then that could work
