Heaven Punisher???

i recently aquired a Heavens Punisher and im wondering what the deal is to get the special to work. ive tried different way and i can't seem to find any specific reanon it works and not. if you have found a time period in which it works please post.

when the beats begin with an even number ie. 000-099, 200-299, 400-499, ...

yeah the beats thing works but sometimes you turn at a 50 degree angle and plug your nose, say ikky ikky cong-woopa and it might work

You should have stayed a ranger! Heavens Punisher is one of the best weapons in the game. Granted there are limitations but hell for a ranger, its makes playing one that much more enjoyable.

its pretty much random but with a weird algebra formula, hahahah i know how it works but it would take out all the fun for you.
