If your birthday is on Christmas do you get more presents or the same as you sibblings do when they get their presents?

My nephew's birthday is afew days before Christmas, and he gets some of the presents for his birthday, and then the rest on Christmas. It's hard to get the same amount of presents for each day, and also considering he has twin brothers.
