Can anyone tell me what lvl you have to be to play Ult. on offline multi? I've heard it's lvl 60, but I've recently proved that to be untrue.

true, unless u tweaked or around hi-lev chars so they can help

Yeah, the level they let you start a new diffculty does not always prove to be the most appropriate (unless you have friends in high places).
