about maxing out

how do i max out my char properly?
there's point doing this right?
and what should the stats be if they are maxed out????
btw i'm Humar at level 97

yes there is a point to it, but in some ways, how you do it is up to you and more on personal preferences and there are different ways to go depending on what you want and your playing style
