just a question: Is it by level or MST?

I believe its based on level. Don't quote me though. I think FOnewearls and FOnewmns have slightly faster regen than HUnewearls.

If you're talking about the auto TP-regen that Newmans have, then it's based on level.

Level. My friend maxed out his MST at like... level 50 (foneweal) with Mind Materials and a mag with 168 Mind, and 4 God/Minds. Way over 1000 MST and TP regenaration was still as normal as it was before he (cheated).

Assuming he got the mats and God/Minds legitly and raised a perfectly possible Mag, how the hell is that cheating? >_>;

He duped the Mind materials. Duping=Cheating
