Tekking %

im offline so i dont know much, but here on PSOW ive read alot about tekking your Hit % and other stuff to make the weapon stronger. i was just wondering how u do this?.

Basically if you find an unknown weapon and it has percents on it, when you bring it to the tekker, there is a 10% variance on either side of the item. "tekking" is just when you make it go 5% or 10% higher than it should be do to this variance. For example, if I get an unknown saber with percents of (0/5/10/15). When I take it to the tekker it can have the all of the percents, -5%, -10%, the original percent, +5%, or +10%. So if I "tek" the item to its full potential, when it is not unkown anymore it will be (0/15/20/25). Make sense?
