Help with Seaside area

I can't get passed the seaside area b/c some rocks are around the computer switch thing you're supposed to hit. how to i unlock the door in central control? I can't get the seaside switch!

You must kill every enemy in Seaside in order for the rocks to be removed they'll explode when all are defeated

Also look out for those buggers that root themselves to the ground, they wont show up on your map unless they are up and out of the ground.

Kill all The Gees/Gi Gue And the rocks will dissappear.

Oh, Im supposed to hit that computer thing? I did Jungle Area and I didn't hit it. No wonder nothing special happened...
