I still need help with Master System!

So does anyone know how to make master system?
My MARK3 is level 50, and my character is level 70, but it won't let me use the cell! Help please!

I think You have to get to level 71. My Dreamcast kit wouldn't activate till a certain level +

Yea, the requirment says 70+, so maybe that means above 70?

i opened the present myself! i found it myself! the mag is 5.45.0.0 and my character s 74 now.

This may be blatantly obvious, hey but who knows, nothing else seems to work. The mag cell has to be the Kit of Master System. Also, make sure the Mark3 mag is equip when you want to use the mag cell. Ok again, it may be obvious, but I'm just throwing stuff out since every other options seems to have been looked at.

Also all the other system mag cells (cept for the initial one, Mark 3) says that the mag level requires may fluctuate. Maybe that's also the case for the Master System. Emphasis on MAYBE, since I've never raised a system mag.

If I were you I'd just level the mag up until you can use it. All the other mag cells are based on a "greater than" level requirement, I don't see why the Master System mag cell would be any different. I've read from other places that the mag has to be lvl 60+ in order to use the mag cell. I'd level the mag up to there and if that doesn't work...well, it's not like it was working to begin with, but at least then you'd have a mag that's 10 levels higher http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif.

Yes!!!! Someone change the mag combination guide now. The mark3 must be 60 AT LEAST, I didn't try higher. Remember! Change! Mark3=60! Character=70+!
