Laps???

How do do more than one lap of an area, Id of thought you would break continous laps by reloading your file. How do you do a lap, does anyone know, comeone lots of people must know how.

(This is in relation to excavation reports which state 25 laps etc. Please reply)

hm, in my words..
a lap is when u ran/fight thru a quest or an area for whatever item/enemy
say, 25 laps in the forest mean that u went thru forest 1 & 2 for 25 times..
