That really doesn't mean anything. You'll level up eventually, no matter where you decide to go.

I'm an impatient person...It takes me forever to gain a level with my 120 char. I barely get anytime to aid him with going to a school on saturday and sunday and all thru the week. Man, It takes forever...over 80,000 exp. left!

I know 80,00 isn't alot, it's just time! 80,00=2 forest runs=60,00 About=Mothmant trick=5000 left=Quick Run=30 Minutes on Average.

the fastest way to level a character in ult. offline is full regular mines runs.

This is because of the high amount of enemies packed into the small areas, with only 2 levels before the boss. It also helps that the boss is the easiest in the game if you arent a force.

i havent actually tried this but it should work in theory. pick up a flight fan. beat the missions to get waterfall tears. go to the room with the lilies. kill 1 so theres 4. use flight fan special till their dead (it steal xp, more than it should, or so ive heard). then make the 4 more lilies come down. and kill them w/ special. rinse and repeat. im actually looking for peoples opinions on this as well. im offline and it looks like the fastest way to lvl up. but, i dont got a whitill on ult. so no flight fan till i get one up there. so i cant test it.

To be 100% honest, I'd have to say Ruins Runs. I mean, hey-three levels, most powerful monsters in the game, (Minus Claw.) and a boss who is (most of the time) freakin' hard to beat? Lots of Expierence.

All though now that I think about it, just going Online would be the best way to get EXP, wouldn't it?

If you are able to play online the best exp method at the moment, beside all those mofo exp tricks like recobox ecc, is to do TTF runs whit a good team.
You can easly clear the quest in 30 mins for 165'000 Exp point. That's 330'000 Exp an hour.
If you play mostly offline don't do Ruins runs at your level whit that char (well ok if you use hacked weapons whit crazy % you are able, but..), you should do Soul Of Blacksmith runs. That quest is great, gives 44'000 Exp points in less than 10 minutes (just use a vulcan whit high % hit so you can kill every enemy in one hit). You can do about 6/7 runs an hour for 250'000 Exp.
As soon you will be a little higher in terms of Lvs go ahead whit the ruins runs.

Decide on a rare weapon to look for, that is found in an area where the enemies are stronger than you. You will level up quite quickly, and most likely not notice because the damn weapon wont drop. Or go to Ep2.
