GC-Quest: Soul of Blacksmith redone?

can u redo Soul of a Blacksmith quest over and over again getting an item each time?
also can the item he gives u have %s?

You can do it over and over to get items. Just not rare items, if that's what you mean. You can only get them once per character. Too bad, had too choose between god hand and supressed gun.
