Well I'm after the Game Magazine, still, and before I was just going to settle for a dupe, but I heard from someone online that this quest, the quest that you can get the Game Magazine from, is an annual quest? I've looked in the guides, and from what I can see they just explain the quest, and thats about it. But does anyone know for sure whether this quest makes a return every year?

It's unlikely. Singing by the Beach was for a special event during the actual contest for Famitsu Maximum Attack 2. And this year it appears that the Famitsu contest will only be held on Episode 3.

I'm pretty sure that's the event that Famitsu is sponsoring this year. But there has been a lack of news out of the Sonic Team and Minhiro sites about a Famitsu contest. This may or may not be the actual contest. We'll just have to wait and see.
