keyboard lag with AR keyboard

is there any way to prevent this lag? its so horrible i can only type for 2 seconds then its like my keyboard completetly shuts down for a second and goes back on and lets me type again...god its so frustrating lol...any help i would love thank you

I have a powerboard and I haven't experienced any significant lag that I can think of.

ive heard of some keybaords suffering form lag, although i dont have that type of keyboard.
