GC: Memory Cards

I have two 4-MB memory cards. One has all my PSO files. What I want to know is can I create more characters on my other card without going through the Billing info, or will I need to buy a Hunters Liscense for each card?

you only need 1 HL. On the other card, you'll simply need to fill out your info in Network Options (if its dialup) and then when you go to connect online you'll need to fill in your serial and access key along with your password (remember to save it to your memory card) Thats it.
