can a mag still change after he turned into a rare mag?

no. all rare forms are finite.
also not when you use a mag cell on a rare mag. dont try it even if there is a 'use' option. it wont work.

ok thanks, now I know I can feed my Rati anything with every status, without being afraid it turns into something else.
