The storyline (possible spoilers, I guess)

So, uhm, what is the storyline exactly? I just beat the game with the hero side and saw RR rico (I think it was her...) but seeing as I can't read a lick of japanese, it obviously confused me.

So, anybody want to clue me in on what I just went through (I really don't have the slightest clue about the story)?

Hm, well, that's not Rico, it's the heroside last boss, Bolks.

I don't know exactly WHY you fight her (or Castol (sp?) on the Darkside story mode) but once you've beaten Heroside once and Darkside once, you will fight the final last boss Anapram Umbra (sp?).

As far as I can tell, there's alot of stuff screwed up because of Photon's reacting oddly, and the point were all the photons are getting screwed up is the area where you fight him ^_^ (Also I believe on the OST the music for the Anapram Umbra fight is titled "Photon Rectification", i.e: you're fixing the photon problem)
