I had an idea you may have tried befor but this is where people post part of the story as they think it should turn out i decided that i'll start

We traveled for many years in space to reach Ragol but when the communication between pioneer1 & 2 was opened a large explosion covered the surface of ragol.

anyone can add to it.

Well, usually group fics tend to have the words group and fic in the topic name. I thought you were talking about robert wolf's idea of trailers.

Maybe we should wait on group fics.http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif The last one that seemed to go well was the christmas one.

Someone siad this, but you must DEFINITELY WAIT. NO NEW GROUP FICS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, if it's not too much trouble. We recently had one die on us, we're working on one now (comprised mostly by our newer fic authors), and we'd really rather not see one for a long time after the current one is finished.

You know how with some jokes, when you say them more than twice in a month they die the humor behind them is deemed completely senseless? It's the same thing

Know what else? Ruins Run and North Tower both died because their plots were too broad or unadorned. Just think of how this might turn out if someone were to conintue on it.

Yeah, it's kind of like starting out a group fic with, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."

Misarutai Mutso? Where did that come from?

No, dude, you forgot the dragons. And I'll bet money that the guy that cut falz in half is some sort of super being. Maybe an angel demon, or something else that can't possibly exist. Wait, wait. He was a Super Saiyan!

EDIT: I suggest the next group be one for Mr. Saint Valentine

I like READING group-fics. I don't see why we need to have a break of MONTHS in between them... http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif if a Group fics fails, it fails... Maybe you guys should send eachother PMs on making a group-fic, but with a selected few fanficcers so things don't get out of hand... http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif

I have a friend who does Star Wars message board role-play

For all intents and purposes, it's a series of group fics.

The idea of only a few people writing the fic does sound like it would work well.

I didn't literally mean months, but some fic writers get really irritated or bored of writing if there's a new fic every other week. Then there's the people like me who, with nothing better to do, participate in almost very group fic, but not as seriously as I might have in the past.
