yes i have noticed...

and NPC's never use MAGs...

and Bernie and Sue...have the knack...

and ASH and MOME are stupid beyond compare...

and...other things...

Have you ever tried fighting without your mag? Its quite fun.

I did many times... good to know mag does nothing for you after your stats are maxed. Might as well...
