A Huge Megid Ball!? Level 30 Perhaps?

I've just found a picture of someone a FOmarl throwing a Megid ball that that's very long.

Do you guys know how did looked like that?

Hmmmm...I saw somewhere that lvl 30 techs look awsome, so I guess they get bigger and badder...If anyone has pics, I think it would be interesting to see em...

I've never seen one that big before. Lv 30 is big, but it's not quite that big. It might be the moment that the spell was cast and they took a perfect screenshot. But that is definitely wicked!

I don't know...but my techniques look better and cooler on ult than they do on normal, they have slight variations.
I also thought that there was a limit to how high a level a technique could be...my friend says that if you find something like a level 30 gizonde, then it's a glitch item and will erase all data.Then again, almost everything he's ever said sounds like bullcrap.

color looks like megid, but the size is hard to judge

Just a suggesstion, but it could be a Beta version of Megid... Probably not though. Most definetly Megid though. I don't know if lvl 30 techs look any different as opposed to lvl 29 techs.

That's an Ashvinau Mag (2nd evolution) she's using so it's probably not anywhere near level 30. No idea what it IS, though :}

I'll tell you exactly what it is. It a pic of a FO getting hit with a high level Megid. I tested pics of casting level 30 and it is that big, but it doesn't turn grayish until after its cast and on its way. So the FO in that pic is not casting it, but getting hit with it. (Obviously they were in Battle Mode.)

BTW I was able to reproduce almost EXACTLY the same effect in offline battlemode by having my Fo hit my Ramarl with it. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Higher resolution, some cleaner textures but we get screwed on all of the liquidy graphics.

I like the Megid lvl. 17...it looks all evil, and causes weird screen distortions and has a tail, but it's not so honkin huge!

If you are high level enough, you can run around with a baby mag and deal insane damage. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif Mags can't really tell you how high level the techs are. Some people wear a certain mag because its pretty. And really, I do think the Ashivanau is quite pretty.

Exactly, although the Fo in the pic wasn't casting the megid, a high level fo with a baby mag could easily cast it.

That gray splotchy stuff doesn't seem like GameCube graphics, seems more like the spraycan tool on Photoshop. But then again, I've only had up to level 10 Megid.

Nope, it is the actual graphics on the GC, I already stated that I was able to reproduce the exact look. Also, it doesn't look photoshopped at all. it's a cool pic nonetheless.
as with the techs being different from 29&30, i don't think they are. they change at like 15 and then again at like 25 or something like that. not entirely sure cause it's been a while since my techs have changed. =)

I've got a Force and I can guarentee they look different at lvl 26. I've got lvl 29 techs so I don't know if they change graphically at 30. Deband lvl 30 looks the same as all the other levels. I don't know about Megid as I got lvl 26 I think, and the effect is not as exaggerated as in the picture.

yeah need to remember that the view of the tech coming AT you can be far different. Especially when you are taking snapshots and moving the camera around. In this pic you can see that if you were standing in front of it (as it was coming at you)and had a camera angle similiar to the original posters pic, it would look similiar.

A good way to see it is to go online with someone who has a level 30 megid and have em shoot you and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about lol. it appears as though the FOmarl getting hit with megid also has her arms out in a casting animation... perhaps she is casting megid lv 30. as well?
