I think it's the character standing in the middle of the Razonde... notice that the RAcaseal still has 0/0 TP. "FOneweal" is standing close by, and assuming that FOneweal is a FOnewearl, that makes more sense.

(I always wondered why Androids got the "cast" suffix... they can't cast anything! Unless they're cast iron, of course...)

but look at the pose it is in, it is in a casting pose. now we all know androids dont have a "mind" so to speak, maybe they have a different stat and still dont need tp? like they have so many charges and then they need to get recharged?

Wait a minute it doesn't quite look right. Hmmmm, maybe some sorta laser whip??

Its that yellow char. in the backround. You can see that the Razonde is circling around them. But in Battle mode, you can buy traps and such that only Andriods can use. So maybe there are certian "bombs" that are spells. That would be a great add-on for andriods in battle mode.
