Well, you can do two things, but first it needs to be uploaded to a webpage because this site will not show files straight from your computer. Once you have it uploaded to some webpage, you can:

1) link it
2) use the img tag located on the top though if you are not sure if the webpage supports remote posting then it would be better to link it
