What is a Skyly and how do u no if u r 1?

Skyly is a Section Id. Section IDs affect your rare drops.

You can check if you are Skyly by comparing your Item Findings to this (http://www.pso-world.com/item_findings.php?by=sectionid&sectionid=3&version=v3) or by going to the start menu in game and it should show on your character data page (don't hit L or R). Also, I think it shows on the select character screen if the info is turned on.

Skyly is a Section ID. You figure out your section ID after you finish creating you character, and it shows you on the right, and your name and some other stuff on the left, then a symbol and text will appear showing your section ID. There's a total of 10 section ID, and that determines what rares you get from certain enemies, and how common a certain type of weapon is for you. You can go to the Section ID Calculator and type in the name you want, and pop comes your section ID. Whoa, got a little carried away there, well you can use all that anyway, lol.

And if you know the sybol for the IDs or their colors(which are obvious)you can see them on your characters chest(or necklace for HUnewearal).

what are you talking about. Skyly is your character I.D. it is the little badge on the front of your character. There is also Greenill, Whitill, and a few others. Go to http://www.pso-world.com/sections if you want to learn more about this stuff. you must be new, but that is ok.
