Blue Rappy

I was playing Journalistic Pursuit with my lvl5 RAcast and I found a blue rappy. Does this happen everytime you play this quest or was this just a coincidence Thanx

A very LUCKY coincidence. Al Rappies never appear in quests for me. However it is not tied to the quest.

I found an Al Rappy in "The Fake in Yellow" on Normal! Needless to say, I was very surprised!

I found another one eariler today, man, and this happens once every 50 hrs of gameplay ??? It was on hard mode doing the Lionel quest. I waited for it to recover and leave so I can hit it, and hope to get something better, but all it dropped was 1221 meseta, useless !!!

Same thing happend to me cassy. he droppd right infront of me when i was going through a door.
