I just moved into a new house and I cannot get connected for anything with my dreamcast. I called the phone company and they wont do anything, they did give me an init string that limited my connection to 4800 to 12000 and it works for the web browser, but that is way to slow for PSO, it just says failure to connect and no carrier. Just wondering if any fellow gamers have run into this problem or if anyone can help at all. Thanks in advance.
