How Rare Is Celestial Shield?

I want to know how rare Celestial Shield is. I seem to find alot of them. Are they real rare and I am just real lucky or are they very common. I was wondering cus I have 2 of them and they are 12 star rares wich is odd cus the best I fond was a DB'S SHIELD.

the shield is supposedly rare...but i myself have found over10http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_razz.gif(no joke) of these in under 200 hrs of gaming. The thing that i know is rare is the celstial armor that you only get after beating dark falz(i think it may power up when they are both combined but i dunno) but the are the last 2 regukar shield/armors in the game
