Eh a Quick Question with the Euro Ships and Servers

(is this in the right place?) It appears a freind in Europe is Not Able to be in the US servers...
Not only that but he is only allowed in ONE Server entirly. Fomalhaut.

Is there something he can do fix this?

To solve this hold down buttin B as the gamecube boots andloads up PSO, and you will see a Display in 60Hz message, say yes to this, and your freind will now be able to join all the other EU ships as well as JP and US servers, not to mention faster screen updates http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
