Water and Memory cards?

Anyone ever dropped thier memory cards in snow or water??.. so far mine are fine but will these cards be ok?

any stories or answers on whether this will effect the flash memory?/

ACK cards n water never go together. my basment has flooded acouple time n now i keep my stuff UP from the ground http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif but i also know someone where they left there xbox on the ground n it got water on it n he couldnt get his game out lol. n lost all of his memory

As long as it's completely dry before it is used again, it will probably be fine.

Aye, just give it a long time to dry out, keep it in a warm place (not hot)

and when you are SURE it's dry, try it out.

If it isn't, it'll short and die.

If it is, it will work absolutely find

Heck, my 16x card from MadCatz has gone through the wash a total of 3 times. Still works great.
