Is there anyway to have a serial no and acces key reset?

hi,my friend bought a used copy of PSO(gamecube) and the serial number and access key were already used when he tryed to make a hl is there anyway to have them reset?

The number is for automated tech support, but i think you can get live support from there, too.

And the site is a form to fill out to contact sega.

Their website says that if your serial number and access key are in use, you cant purchase a hunter's liscence, but I don't know if that's entirely true. I remember getting mine reset back on dc.

your not goin to be able to reset the HL after it has been made into an account...but since it was purchased from someone i doubt that person will be using it so your gonna have to talk to that person and get the user name and password to go into the account and change the info. in it so that you can play online....if your confused ask me and ill try to help ya...
