Mag: I need the Perfect recipe for a Diwari Mag! Please help

I have heard of this mag. But I am looking into making one through the process. But I don't know what Items to make one truly balanced. Can somone tell me what items are the best to use in the creation of this mag or it's type? And any other info on how to make it better than normal? If no one would mind. Thank you for sparing your time and effort.

BTW, one thing Auracom left out was that you want to use an Oran Ranger to make the mag. You might be able to use something else, but I know that will work. And DON'T give the mag to a hunter at level 50, give it to a Pinkal RA that will yield Kaitabha with the m&y pb. From there feed the Kaitabha Antidote to raise dex to 50 and Dimates to raise Pow to 44. At leavel 99, you're stats should be 5-44-50-0. Then give the mag to a Skyly, Pinkal or Yellowboze Ramarl or racaseal and feed Dimates until Pow = 45, it will then turn to Diwari. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
