I'm sure I saw a section on this somewhere ut for the life of me I can't find it again..
when I play on my Dreamcast my character is a ranger, human (I forget the abreviation for that).
he can cast all the techniques.
when I played GameCube, I tried recreating the same character, but somehow, this one can't use two of the techniques (I never remember which ones, but it's two that are sort of linked... in the support section I think).
is this a change in the DC to GC transfer? or did I miss something while recreating my character?
