Hunter's licence question

I bought a second-hand copy of PSO ep 1&2 for GC.
if the previous owner got a hunter's licence (using the serial number and access key from the package), does this mean that I can not purchase a hunter's licence using the same PSO disk? (which I now own... this isn't a copy or a hack of any sort)

well if he got a hl you cant purchase a new one with that same acsess key and serial numeber that is in the box....so what your gonna have to do is get the user name and password from the person you got it from for that account that he had with the game....then you gonna have to change all the info. in it so you can have your own...like the mailing address and the credit card number and then reactivate the HL...if your confused just tell me what about and ill try to help you...
