Finally i Got a RATI!!!!

i finaly got a rait and i have a lvl 8 skyly who raised it and i want to give the rati to my lvl 90 whitill will it evolve again?
if it wont evolve again then tell me some past experiences like mine.

Let's see ... Rati is a 4th evolution. You're keeping it. You can feed it all the crap you want and it won't evolve !!

...Ok, so the S/D sucks for anyone who actually has it, and they ARE a bitch to raise, but the Resta I find quite useful at times on my non-FOs...
