If you want it sooo bad, then get a Pinkal character to Ultimate. Pinkal El Rappys drop it sooo often!! I had one before with 65% on HIT!

So yeah, get a Pinkal character to Ultimate. I'd make the character a force too, cuz way too many 9-star force weapons...
