As the title said.
Actually, more like, stoopid luck must die!

Darn, I finished a book, went through three full TP bars (1340) and only 1 love rappy showed up. Dropped monofluid. :/

That makes 7 Love Rappies and no Electro Frame.
It's not just my luck with reds, also my luck with piping rare enemies. ... Well and I can go onto expend my luck on everything, like no job, no money and always hungry, etc.

So ya. *shakes angry fist at stupid lacking of luckness*

get reyuker, then in the Man in Yellow, go to the room with the most rappies and keep ryukering in and out. When you run out of TP, just pay the 10 meseta for refilled HP and TP.

Too bad it won't work for Love Rappies. Love Rappies are in Episode 2 only, where there are no offline quests.

How dumb, how could she have gone through 3 TP bars if she didn't have Ryuker?

from using lightning twice to get rappies to drop items, more effective then guns. especailly if your character has bad accuracy.
