combining mag hearts and mags

how do you combine a heart of devil and a certain mag to make the devils wings? Or any other combination. I know you have to combine them but how? Please help me on this one. (sorry if this is already posted)

I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!Do you just use the heart of devil when you have the mag equipted? Or What?????????

You're asking how to use MAG cells on the MAGs themselves? Just equip the MAG. If you meet the MAG and level requirements, you'll be able to use the MAG cell as you would a Monomate.
