A good free desktop modder for Windows XP? By that I mean customized themes other than those included with Windows. And Preferably free. I toyed around with ThemeXP but didn't have the money to pay for the subscription to it. Does anyone know of free programs like this?

I don't know of one, but head over to TechTV's website and check out their Download of the Day and Shareware archives. They've got some of the best free programs on the net on their site, and with full reviews too so you can pick out the one that's perfect for you.

I've never tried it myself, but I've heard good things about it.
