regarding the tech support forum

I see that answers aren't quite as rapid on the tech support forum...
is this a coincidence this week? or is it the usual state of affairs?
I can understand that not all the users of PSOW are apt to answer difficult tech support questions, so it's not really a criticism.

I would guess it depends on who is around at the moment, and how much they know about the problem. I try and help out in the tech support forums from time to time, but on occassion, I simply don't feel like dealing with other peoples' problems. I know that Rich_T helps out daily in that forum and has always done a great job of trying to find solutions for people, as do others like Ketchup345.

But like I said, it just depends on who is looking at the boards at any given moment and how much they know about the situation. I would say that overall they do a great job of helping out. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
