INFERNO BAZOOKA!!!!(sry i just want to know)

I jsut got a Inferno Bazooka but i cant weild it yet i need 2 more ATA points.Im lvl 92 rite now how many more lvls til i can use it?My Kama wont help but my Rati will let me weild it but my rati is still lacking power.

Depends on your class:

Or you could add 4 DEX to your Mag.

Or use the Rati and give it POW.

Or you could try replacing one of your slots with a General/Arm or Elf/Arm, or even God/Arm if you have.
BTW, the Inferno Bazooka isn't all that great...but you can decide for yourself.
