What quest do u play for the C-Bringers arm...

I have the CB arm but i dont know what quest to play...

First you have to do the quest where he's having you test out a weapon for him. Then you have to talk to him when he's hanging out outside... I think it's the 'unsealed door' quest, with the item in your inventory.
