well i was trying to finish ult ruins with my skyly and on ruins 2 usin my 1st lavis cannon to pwn the enemies, after about 2 dragon slayers, a del-d dropped a shiny red box and of course i had no clue wat it could b, so i happily c that it is a sword ?Special Weapon. so when i filled up on items, telepiped to town and tekked it, to my surprise is a LAVIC CANNON!but again this one has 0/0/0/0 http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif

it does matter because untekked its special does pwn. it doesnt cost hp and is faster, more acurate, and more powerful

It's special hardly hits,with out high ATA.Otherwise..it doesnt make it any better,because all it does is not take HP for special.
