Mag Cell Question

i have a lv 82 mark3 mag. i want to make it into a genesis mag and i have the kit of geneisis.but it wont let me use the kit. im lv 81. did i over-raise my mag or can i still make it into a genesis mag by using the mag cell?

Level up a few more levels and give it a try. You didn't over level your mod, so don't worry about that. Ican't give any specifics on the whole "level fluctuates" thing that it mentions in the guide as I haven't ever seen anyone directly explain how the fluctuation works. At some point, you will be able to use the Kit of Genesis.
