HELP IN DREAMCAST VERSION 2

I like help in this, Im a HUcast level 109 going in ultimate caves, and im having problems finding good stuff, i dont know but all that stuff appears at certainly level like level 111 supose? I like a Flame Garment and im a yellowboze, its supose that the sil dragon drop it but i have been replaying forest ultimate (i reached level 108 without going to caves) and i havent find it, and i want a Spread Needle but I have problems too, can you help me?

I can tell you one very important lesson for the Dreamcast version: do not expect to ever find anything useful. The drop rates are rediculously low for anything good. The best you can really expect to find is a Red Handgun, Red Saber or Ancient Saber, and an Imperial Pick. That's it. Those are the only fairly easy, useful drops in the entire game. If you want something else, well you're just going to have to hope you get really, really lucky.
