I've never heard anyone giving them more than a second's thought, let alone talking about them, so the need for a name is not great.

they cant affect me as a RAcaseal but as RAmarl they can but i dont think they even need a name

I've found them to be a gr8 time saver sometimes, because there's a walkway in ruins 3 that usually has a paralysis trap (I think it was a trap, but it could have just been me being careless with belra), and I didn't have any antiparalysis or telepipes, then just I had decided to kill myself to avoid having to go through ruins 3, then 2 then 1 just to get bk to PIoneer 2, I ran into one of them and voila, poisoned! Of course, that happens with lillies as well in N-VH.

Just call them Targets. Handy Targets that give you stuff, but Targets never-the-less.

ive never really thought of using em to get rid of paralysis. I get my m8 to cast anti on me when i have paralysis

For the most part, I believe the most common name for them is "Poison Spitters". Just go by that, and you should be fine.
