Fastest time to the dragon :)

I just started a new Char (RAcast) two days ago.. First I had to reconfigure my fighting style, because of missing techniques.
I went to the forest and made the dragon on the first go. 10 Minutes later the dragon was just wormfudder. I was Lv. 4 when I've started the fight and ended with a level up.

My girlfriend and I, we where very surprised of that. I never though, that a RAcast can be so strong. After that, I went to the ruins and to De Rol Le. But I gave up after the third try, knowing, that he is way to strong for my Lv. 8 Letranor.

So... Which Level did your char have, when you took the first run on the dragon?? Can anyone beat me on that? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_biggrin.gif

Well lvl 4 is the suggested lvl to fight the dragon, according to the perfect guide and a few other sources. You should be able to take de rol about lvl 15 or so, mabey before. He is alot tougher than the dragon hehe

Your sugestion brings me right to another point.. few days ago, I made a statement about my Force (beaten DF with Lv. 15 or 16).. That was just BS! It's imposible to beat DF on that lv. It had to be 10 or 20 more level, when I finaly met him. Perhapes I was so lucky about it, that I had tears in my eyes and the tv was a bit blurred.

I apologize for that missinformation.

Heh. Well, I beat Vol Opt at level 19 with my FOmarl, without using any super-powerful mags or weapons. In fact, I had to go weaponless. ^_^;;

Anyway, once you beat De Rol, have a go at Vol when you're level 19. ^_^

If i can remember right my first char was lvl 13 but my second was lvl 3.

My new HUmar, SaitoH 3 (which has been since replaced with SaiToH, don't ask http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif) beat the dragon at lvl 4 as well. He had just starting gear. At lvl 10 I fought De rol and died (hit by a beam from De rol and exploding spike thing at same time, I was robbed i tells ya). I was going to try again but I couldn't afford to by a monomate so I didn't bother.

I believe I could beat De rol at lvl 10 with just starting gear. (oh yeah i had no resta spell either)

I beat Dark Falz when I was level 18, and beat the Hard mode dragon when I was level 19 ^^.

That would be a good thing, if, you could play on hard mode without having to be level 20.

I have beaten De Rol Le with Lv. 11 today http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif It took me a lot of mates (and nerves).. But after I grinded a rifel (+20% A. Beast) to +3, it was only a matter of time.. (ok, it took me over 20 Minutes and a PB)..

now.. I'll go to bed.. tomorrow is a new day and at list I have one last open quest to earn my seal eater with Excalibur (damn Ash..)

btw.. That someone else seen this??? I tryid to heal Ash three or four times, but nothing happend. I had the same effect online with teammates. I was standing right beside them and was not able to heal or reverse them http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_frown.gif

I've had that no heal/no revive thing happen to me once, and i cant begin to tell you why.As far as this dragon thing,i just created a teeny tiny RAmar named Tank.He killed the dragon boss at level 6...killed Vol opt at level 11...but he also was using some non starter equipment.( just minor stuff like god mind, god power and a robo chao mag..lol)Now for another question.....how about a time trial for each of the difficulties. From forest 1 to Dark falz....you dont have to clear the room,just get there fast and kill Dark Falz. My friends and I are trying this now and it all depends on which ruins layout you get.( and no,you CAN'T skip levels).

Excalibur, I am convinced that the only reason why you were able to beat the dragon is because you know how he "works". If your RAcast were the first character with which you had to fight against the dragon, you probably would not have been able to beat him (it depended all on your experience with your HUnewearl and your FOnewm). So, therefore, it's no wonder that you got him already at Lv 4 ...

Thats only possible when u don't visit every room. Because I had 2 Level Up's 'till I met the Dragon. So.. Don't come mad, if I don't believe u. Forest with 2 Levels and Caves with 3 Levels.. 5 Levels with just 2 Level Up's???

It's theoretically possible to be level 3 when fighting the worm, but doubtful. The two ways are:

1. (Easy way) Play online and get someone to telepipe you to the worm's transporter.

and

2. (Hard way) Play offline and purposefully avoid killing any enemies. Use the backstep bug to get through doors.

But playing in any normal way, it's impossible.

Thats what I ment. Offline is it IMO imposible.
U will earn so many XP's, that ur Lv. 5 or higher 'till u can take the first go on De Rol Le.

I tryed it. After I have beaten the Dragon and had a level up (now Lv. 5), I went straight on to the Cave.. When I was an De Rol Le, I was already Lv. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_cool.gif. Ok, I went to every single room.. But without that, is it still imposible..

Sorry, that I don't believe.. It is the same, when I have said, that I've beaten DF with my Lv. 15 Force (it was Lv. 25 or 26).

As you can read below, I have all characters but 2 (FOmarl and RAcaseal). When I started each one, I would march straight through the Forest and kill the Dragon on the first try. I have never had any problem doing this. If you kill every enemy along the way you should be on level 4 when you get to the Dragon. After killing the dragon, you will level up agian and be on level 5 to start the caves. At that point I take my characters online for some fun.
