GC:BBA on NTL Problems

im trying to connect the gc direct to the NTL set-top box (pace) on a 600k connection
ive entered and tested all network setup options and i either get page not found or connection error 101
i get the page not found on the homepage and to buy the hunters guild licence
and the error 101 on the online login

Is this how you connect your P.C?
and your unplugging the P.C then plugging in the gamecube?

if yes, then try sitching the NTL box off at the mains for a couple of minutes, then switching it back on, with your p.c lead unplugged form it.
wait for it to initialise, then plug your gamecube in to it.
you shouldnt need to worry about MAC addresses as NTL proabbly think its something to do with scotland, and not apliccable under English/Welsh law.

thx for the help but ive just managed to solve my problem using ntl usb network adaptor and a patch cable and connecting it to the pc instead of connecting it directly to the set-top box http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
